Hi ladies, my name is Robin and I'm from Tampa, Fl. Dh and I have decided to relocate to Houston in the fall. Right now we are looking into hosing and jobs. I was wondering if you ladies can recommend certain areas to live. Right now I'm working in a hospital lab here in Fl. and most likley I would love to find a good hospital to transferd to.Also Dh and I will be looking into getting IVF treatments. By me transfering to a hospital in Houston, does anyone know which hospital carries infertility insurance for IVF. The more I think about the move the more excited I get. Thanks in advance ladies for your help.

Re: Moving to Houston....
Hi!!! I don't know if you recognize me, but, unfortunately, I know you from TTCAL.
I work for Texas Children's Hospital and we have coverage. Our meds come from Freedom Fertility Pharmacy and we get $20,000 lifetime infertility coverage. I've been seeing a RE for over a year and have used about $2100 of that. So, most of the remaining will go towards our first IVF treatment...which we hope to start in the next few months.
All of our hiring goes through the website www.texaschildrens.org so you can look at the jobs available now before you move.
I live in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area and love it. It is only 30 minutes to downtown and the medical center...sometimes faster.
Good luck with everything!!! Good to see you here.

I work at Shriners, but unfortunately we have no infertility coverage.
I did see Dr Gill at Houston Fertility Institute for our IVF though, and highly recommend their clinic.
