Books helpful for New Year's Resolutions
Anyone got any books that are helpful for keeping up with resolutions, either in general or specific (exercise, saving money, weight loss, whatever)?
In the middle of the year I got The Happiness Project, which I found really helpful. I'm going to read it tomorrow on my day off.
I also like The Millionaire Next Door for thinking about managing money. Really so much of saving is just about having some restraint when it comes to the really expensive stuff: housing, cars, clothes, dining out, etc. The author has a new book that's mostly the same stuff.

Re: Books helpful for New Year's Resolutions
i have no suggestions but now i'm intrigued with the books you've posted. i love to read!
H and I started reading Smart Couples Finish Rich and really enjoyed it....but havent finished it. Would be a good book if your NYresolution is about money/finances/saving, etc.
For weight loss resolutions, I highly recommend:
Why We Get Fat - Gary Taubes
The Primal Blueprint - Mark Sisson
