I have no voice...Whats everyone up to?
I have NO voice not even a little bit of sound comes out when I talk. DH so kindly laughs at me when I try and talk....I admit its a little funny...
I've managed to find a Murder She Wrote marathon. I love Angela Lansbury! Did you ever notice what terrible luck she (the character - Jessica Fletcher) is? Everywhere she goes she has to solve a murder mystery.
It's an exciting night here at our house lol!!
Re: I have no voice...Whats everyone up to?
OhEmGee! My mom LOVED Murder She Wrote! That was her favorite show back in the day!!!
I fell asleep watching a WWE DVD that Amanda bought me for Christmas. Now I'm up at 7 am on my last day off. Gonna take the tree apart & put it away (I feel like I just put that sommbittch up!!!), hit the gym, run to the mall then try and play my WWE 12 PS3 game some more. Jalapeno stuffed chicken for dinner tonight so gotta get that started at some point today, too.
Have a good day & hope your voice comes back soon!

Haha well that sounds like fun! When I was losing my voice, DH would call me Pepperming Patty.
I stayed up way too late tonight to watch the Cowboys lose, which sucks.I am back at work today for the first time in a long time. We had off the 23rd and 26th, then I had to go to Fresno for a work trip Tuesday - Thursday of last week, and we were off Friday. Definitely hard to adjust to being back in the office!
Aw Laurie - sorry about your voice! Hope you feel better soon
Last night, a friend of mine had everyone over to hang out and play games. She's Indian, and her mom makes great Indian food (she's single and lives home). Hubby stayed home because he was still all sniffly and coughing (he caught the cold that I had last weekend)
Today is my last day off. I want to go to the gym, drop off a calligraphy job that I finished, and then cook up a storm to prep meals for the week. Right now, the Rose Parade is starting, so I'll be watching that for a little while
Last night we had date night. We went to see the Muppets movie and had dinner at Macaroni Grill. Then DH fell asleep and I played around online and with my phone since it decided to stop working (luckily I got it fixed).
Today I made quiche for breakfast and will make a cheesecake here shortly for DH's birthday which is Wednesday. Other than that, we are just chillin, watching the Rose Parade and playing games. Later we are meeting ILs for dinner for DHs birthday. Oh yeah, I have to wrap his gift(s) yet too.
NYE we went to dinner then to a friend's house. I managed to stay out until 2 am, so I was proud of myself! Haha! It was a different experience being around our friends while I was completely sober. : )
NYD we lounged around watching football, and I made spaghetti.
Yesterday we had some friends over for the Husker game (boo), and I made some snacky foods for that.
All in all, it was pretty low key this weekend. I got no undecorating done yet...so I will have to get that accomplished during the week.
Happy NY All!!!
