Baby Survey - What are your plans?
We're thinking end of 2012, we'll start trying... I dunno... with work and everything, it's tough. Both sets of parents are 1 hour+ away. He's starting school in January. We want to buy a house first, hopefully soon. And the list goes on.
But then you visit everyone for the holidays, and your cousin's kids are so darn cute! 
What's everyone's baby plans now 1 1/2 year later? What's holding you back? If you've already jumped on the baby bandwagon, what was the one thing (or things) that made you take the leap?

I wrote a reply but TN ate it.
We decided to TTC when we realized that we weren't certain if we were going to stay where we are now (buying a house here is redic) and knew we'd be able to buy if we moved elsewhere almost immediately. Also, my health was a consideration, since every time I get pregnant I have to have a EKG and echo done on my heart to check that it doesn't develop murmurs (I was born with a VSD & valve insufficiencies and had the VSD fixed as a baby, and grew out of the vav;e problems, but they can come back during pregnancy). We figured it's better to get pregnant and put the strain on my heart while I'm younger and can definitely handle it rather than older and we don't know if the vavle problems will come back.

my read shelf:
currently have a beautiful 3 week old, running on NO sleep, and have zero plans for another one anytime soon LOL.
We'll eventually have a #2 but it won't be for a while!
Originally we were going to wait to TTC until summer of 2012, but then we decided to start trying in August 2011 after I had a change of heart and realized I was ready now too, and we are now expecting in Aug 2012!
I can not wait to meet my beautiful bundle even though it is currently draining my energy and the only time I can eat and have it stay down is in the morning
