It's a new year and I feel like something's got to give. So tell me who helped you. If it matters I live in Harford county and have Cigna insurance. I'd probably also prefer a female. Thanks.

She's helping me deal with DH's bi-polar diagnosis and you know another person that goes to her too! She's absolutely great and makes you feel like you've known her for years...very comforting. You may have a wait to get in with her though...that's the only downfall. So if you're interested in going to her, call ASAP.
