What are the grocery deals at Costco?
My mom gave me a membership for Christmas. I already know I'm switching R to their grainless dog food. That'll save almost $20per bag off of what he eats now. I'll only go about once a month.
Re: What are the grocery deals at Costco?
Pretty much any beef, Italian sausage, pork chops, frozen chicken (I prefer that to unfrozen chicken breast, although I used to buy their unfrozen chicken breasts), Kirkland brand Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, frozen smoothie fruit, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce (I marinate almost everything in it, we go through a lot), Tide if it's on sale, ditto for Downey, zip lock baggies (gallon size), Cascade for the dishwasher...
That's all I can think of for right now. I can usually find better deals on paper products at Target, Kroger etc. Although I love the Kirkland garbage bags. An enormous box for like $13. I really haven't had anything that I didn't like in the Kirkland brand.
Oh, yeah. I buy the Kirkland infant Tylenol and it's like $4 for two big bottles. We also buy the industrial size bottle of Kirkland brand Motrin, and the kids version of Motrin for G.
I noticed that the olive oil was dirt cheap last time I was there with my mom. My sister just told me that the chicken was pretty cheap as well. I think I remember that about the cheese as well.
Good to know about the garbage bags though!
We love the Kirkland baby wipes and diapers. Oh, and the Kirkland bottled water is good and a great price.
We buy what was mentioned above, but we also like some of the frozen dishes for rushed nights after work. We get the panko breaded talapia and some of the soups. Oh, and don't forget the rotisserie chicken. Very good and they are huge. And I found a pin on pinterest about meals for leftover rotisserie chicken.

So Tasty, So Yummy
Their olive oil and balsamic vinegar is good and cheap.
I LOVE their paper towels. They are awesome. Really, we have yet to encounter any Kirkland Brand product that we weren't happy with. They have very high and strict standards. Even if the product isn't cheaper, the quality is normally much better for the same price as the lower quality option at the regular store. Their new marinara sauce is one of the best store ones I've had. I normally make my own but occasionally I just want something quick to cook meatballs in for spaghetti and then meatball subs.
