Ok Health & Fitness-ers. Time to get back on track!
What's the damage?
What's your goal this week?
Re: Ok Health & Fitness-ers. Time to get back on track!
Damage: As of yesterday, not too bad! I was one pound up from the 13 lbs I had lost in November and December. I ran Friday (which was mostly a walk), Saturday, and Monday. The warmer weather is really helping!
Goal this week: We went out for Indian food last night with some friends. I'm having the leftovers for lunch. That means I have to be really, really good the rest of the week. My goal is to eat what I know is healthy the rest of the week, then we'll go out for our splurge meal on Saturday or Sunday. Also I want to get in runs today, Thursday, and Friday.
This is going to be really hard though because DH will be gone Wednesday and Thursday (his stepdad is having major surgery for cancer and he'll be staying at the hospital with his mom, driving her around, spending the night at their house etc). Sometimes I tend to think that when DH is not here, I get to eat takeout.
Damage: I'm not sure. Haven't checked.
Goals: I want to get back into lifting weights. My goal is to set up a plan where I can get in 4 days a week of working out. I hope to get to the gym at least twice this week.
I've gained a pound or two. Mostly, my toning has gone to crap, especially my abs, and so I feel huge no matter what the scale says.
I want to do my MVe class tonight and work out 1-2 other times this week.
