My baby, my marriage, and my boobs all made it!
It's my baby's first birthday today!
I'm weepy about it. It's been the best year of my life but among the most challenging as well. I feel a major sense of accomplishment that we all survived!
Oh and my trusty friend on the right made it, so I can say I successfully nursed my baby for a full year. I'm going out of the dairy business as of bedtime tonight!
Finally, happy birthday to Luciana's little buddy Milo! So nice to share a birthday with Lachute's little guy.

Congrats!!! A year of BF is an awesome accomplishment! We've had a lot of ups and downs and it's only been three weeks!

Thanks! Yes, Lachute and I share being overdue, very long labors (2 days+), c-sections, and our sweet baby's birthdays.
It's so bittersweet. We aren't doing anything big. Just a small family party this weekend. We have a townhouse so it's too small to have a lot of people over. I'd like to have some friends over but I think that will just happen next year.

I cannot believe it.
we are being insane and having 40 people come for an open house. LOL. eh i am not to worried we have beer and fire pit for our backyard ready to go!
congrats all around! that is a great accomplishment ld. i thought the beginning of bfing was easy so i had it made.... now i am really hating the up-keep side of it and have to keep pushing to hit the 1 year mark. you guys who are able to make it give me hope.
