i highly recommend myfitnesspal.com. i've been using it and i really think the only reason i've done well in the past year is due to that!

I just signed up for it yesterday, and I really like it so far! I can tell myself that I've done okay with my eating and/or with my exercise in any given day...but when the numbers are staring me straight in the face, it's hard to deny the truth!

i signed up for sparkpeople but i like mfp better.
kinmir- i haven't seen you at the gym at all! when do you normally go. i've been going usually around 4-5pm but sometimes earlier. i've gone every day for the past couple weeks. i haven't made it to zumba though!
I'll have to try mfp out and see what I think....I don't really use sparkpeople much, but I do like it. I find it really annoying/hard to track my calories because I pretty much cook from scratch a lot, so it's just such a pain to add every little single thing up.
I haven't seen you either...but I pretty much use that gym for Zumba....I went there this morning from 9:30-10:30 b/c they added a new Zumba morning class....but it's with Carrie. However, I am going to start trying to use the gym more for the gym aspect and not just Zumba. haha. I am waiting on New Rules of Lifting for Women from the library and I think I am going to start doing some weights on a regular basis. I need to do more than just Zumba, sadly. What do you do when you go there?
I liked myfitnesspal way better than Sparkpeople. Love the app.
I just signed up for Loseit.com because my Fitbit will be here tomorrow and the site is compatible with it.
