  • I lost 3lbs last week. Down 10lbs since the end of November! I ran 4 times last week. My retest 5k was 3mins faster then the original time. Now I'm working on speed work and lifting. Reading the new rules of weight lifting for women before we start a program.

    I start Weight Watchers this week! It is 100% covered on DH health plan. I'm super excited.

    Goals for next week: run 4 time, finally come up with a weight lifting program, start WW, track all my food.

  • I made it to the Y twice.  I was eating OK until NYE.  Then I blew it.  Need to get back on track.  My scale was good to me, but it is so hard to tell.  I seem to really fluctuate between 5 pounds.

  • I just started officially yesterday, so I am getting organized and doing meal/food prep for the week.  I did my elliptical for 25 mintues yesterday and a Biggest Loser workout DVD today.  I was happy about that!

    I am following the UWeightLoss plan right now - using their detox and cleanse products and recipes, so that is helping me to get on track.

    @erin - how awesome is it that WW is covered for you! I wish!!

  • 23 pounds down, 40 to go. DH and I didn't do so well the past week as far as our diets. I really need to add some exercising to the mix. Our local Y has no enrollment fee right now, and it's $35/month so I might get myself down there. As much as I *hate* to run, I kinda miss the treadmill. (Up until DH and I got married I was at my parent's house, and would run 2-3 times a week) I wished I had taken a picture at the start, but here's me today. Biggest Loser style with all bumps and lumps exposed. (ewww!! IMO, but it was worse three months ago)
