DH and I would like to take a short trip to Europe this spring (late April/early May), and we're having a tough time deciding where to go. Since we only have a week, we'd like to concentrate on one larger city and maybe take a day trip or two to surrounding attractions. Our list of potential cities includes London, Paris, Munich, and Prague. Which of those would you choose? Or, would you go somewhere else?
We haven't traveled too extensively in Europe, although DH studied abroad in college (Austria) about 10 years ago. DH is not feeling Italy or Spain (we went to Barcelona and Rome/Florence two years ago), but I'm open to going anywhere. Our budget is around 4k, plus we have credit card points to put toward the flights. TIA for your advice!
Re: A week in Europe- which destination would you choose?
Of those cities, Paris or Prague. I only spent a 4 day weekend in Prague, but I could have stayed longer and would really like to have explored outside the city.
