Clicky Poll - Is this seller lying?

So I purchased some Etsy items around the 9th of December.  I actually ordered from 5 different stores and recieved 4 of the 5 packages super fast.  The last store I've had to contact five times and still don't have the package. 

So reading my few comments on Etsy to/from this seller, what do you think?  Is she lying about sending it out?  She never changed my status to "shipped" on my purchases like all the others.

Three messages before this (five if you include her responses) all said she would drop in the mail ASAP and then on the 20th she said she was dropping it off "today."

    I have to admit that I'm disappointed. I still have not recieved the items I ordered. I wanted to make sure you sent them on the 20th, like you promised. I ordered on the 9th, paid on the 11th and even if I follow your policy as stated. I should have recieved the items by the 23rd of December.

    It's now the 3rd of January and that is 17 business days since my order was paid. Please let me know the status of this order as soon as possible.

    Hello again! I'm so sorry to hear that it did not arrive :(! I did mail this out as stated on the 20th. I can either have this remade and mailed again or I can give you a refund as it must have gotten lost in the post.
    A lot of packages got lost in this post this Christmas season or were misdelivered so I hope you understand :(!

    The shipping policy means I shipped out with 7-10 business days but the shipping time from the USPS takes extra on top of that.

    Happy new years! I'll be awaiting your response to know what you'd like me to do to resolve this.

    Can you please e-mail me the tracking information on the original package? I have not recieved it yet and if you mailed on the 20th, I would be surprised if it took over 10 business days to get from you to us.

    I do not have all the tracking information sorted.  As I said a lot of the items have gotten lost in the post this year.  I can either have this remade and mailed again or I can give you a refund or I can take another day or so to sort my tracking information and try to figure out which one is for your order.

  • For some reason nothing is showing up right...basically there are two more messages where I ask for the shipping info to track the package and the seller responds today that she hasn't sorted it out and can get me that in the next few days or refund my money or remake the items again.

  • This is just funny b/c I can't seem to paste the convo into here without technical difficulty. 

    Basically there are two more messages where the I ask for the tracking info for the package and the seller says that she doesn't have it "sorted" and would I rather just have her remake the items or refund me.

  • Whether or not the seller is telling the truth, her responses really are not that professional or remedy the situation.

    USPS tracking is crap.  Even if she did give you a tracking number, you wouldn't find anything.

    I would get your money refunded and if you still want the same item, hopefully another vendor can make it for you.

    Once in a while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.
