  I like this idea...and other resources like Al Anon.

  That is a good idea. If someone wants to put something together, I'd be more than happy to get a sticky post going.

  I was wondering about that post too. I've been thinking about her all night. I feel so sad for her and I hope she comes back to tell us she got out safely.

  Among the many fears I have for this woman, is that she calls her parents and they turn their back on her.  I say this because her self-esteem is SO low, I have to wonder how her parents treated her, that she thinks it's ok to take this abuse?

  I actually had a similar thought. I can't fathom thinking my parents wouldn't want to help me to get out of a situation as dire as hers, no matter what we've argued about in the past. Maybe it's being emotionally abused by her dbag H that makes her think her parents won't help her, but I sure hope it's not the case that they turn their backs on her when she's so desperately in need. That whole post just oozed sadness.
