Wisconsin nestie looking for a suggestions

Hi ladies! I hope its ok I'm posting this here! I have a good friend that lives in the DC area (New Market MD). I'd like to get her a gift card for a nice pedicure and send it to her, but I have no idea where she goes. I asked her husband and he's completely clueless. I know they just moved (I believe they used to live in Gaithersburg, not sure how close that is geographically to New Market), so she may not even have a new place yet.

Does anyone have a good rec for a place I could order a gift card from? Thanks!

    That's pretty far out there, so I'm guessing there aren't a lot of nice salons.  Frederick is nearish, so perhaps ask her husband if she goes there much.  This place looks nice.

    based on google maps, New Market is way north for DC (even farther north than G-burg, and i live in G-burg). i am not sure a lot of folks on this board are from around there....are you looking for something around her house or something to bring her down to DC...maybe the MD board can help?

    I will try posting on the MD board. It didn't look too far to me, but I think geographical distance is probably totally different in the midwest than it is in a bigger East Coast city. Smile Thanks ladies!

    Maybe also check out spa.com  My SIL gave me a gc from there one time and I have my choice of places to go.

    That is way far out there and there is not much out there.  I really like spa finder gift cards (you can send an e-card as well).  That way she can pick whatever place she likes, as long as they are in the network.
