AW my date last night!
So, I know I've mentioned a couple times about a good friend of mine that I really wish would turn into something more, but, for different reasons on his side and mine, its never worked out or happened.
Back story - He's a guy I had a class with in college, we graduated at the same time, and then a few months later he started working where I do (huge company - 2500+ employees) and we have become really good friends. He's a great guy and extremely sexy too. I've been hung up on him for a long time. We always have a great time together, but he had never made a move - although we've talked about that side of things and I know he likes me too. I also know there were things he was going through that he wanted to be done with before he tried pursuing anything. And those things are now done.
Last night, we went to dinner. We had a great time as usual. I could tell something was different but in a good way. Anyway, he ended up paying which wasn't anything new - sometimes he gets dinner, sometimes I get dinner, sometimes we do separate bills. But when he walked me to my car, he FINALLY kissed me (after 6-9 months of wondering if/when it would happen)!! I seriously felt like I was in another world for the rest of the night and I probably have had a big goofy smile on my face all day lol. We've talked some since and I know we'll be getting together again and I can hardly wait! I know things are going to go really slow relationship wise if it really turns into that, but I'm so excited!
