Nestles that have had Lasik...
where did you have your LASIK surgery done? Do you recommend them?

Grand Rapids Eye Institute. I highly recommend them. I had my surgery 8 yrs ago and have no real side effects. I was given a warm blanket and they had someone in the room just to hold my hand too.
I went with an "aunt" a few months ago a because she has having it done through a place in Kzoo called TLC. Holy crap!! Do not use those people. The Dr that did the procedure was kind of mean and short tempered with my aunt and that place treated it like it was a routine dental cleaning and didn't wait to see if the valium had kicked in, not accommodating at all.
I want to have LASIK done in the worst way..but at the same time I am scared to death.
