aveda institute
I went there this week and got my hair all chopped off. If anyone was interested, it's really nice! The students have to have their master check everything they do, so it does take a while (my appt. was at 4:15 for just a hair cut, I didn't leave until 6). It was $12 for a hair cut. Manis and Pedis are like, $10 and $15, highlights are also cheap. So anyway, if you've got some time and want to have services done really cheap - go there! I had Suela do mine, she was awesome, works Mon-Wed.

I go to the Aveda Institute in Tallahassee and have never had a bad experience. They always do my haircuts and they also did my hair for my wedding.
Their pedicures are also fantastic. I'm dying to get a massage there.
The Jax school doesn't do them
I'm not big on manis and pedis, but I really wanted a massage! Boo!
Nice. Next time i'm up there I might make it a point to check them out. It's the one thing I miss now that my sister doesn't cut hair anymore.
(she only ever worked at Aveda salons... it was awesome)
