Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. AW: Rag quilts and a Stocking! PIP
Finally some PIP's from me 
I made these on my new machine, and Im so pleased with the machine!! And the rage quilts were a great way to test it out a little bit....
For DS - the front is all cotton, the back is flannel, I put batting in all the squares. For the sewing on some of the squares I used fancy stitches testing out my new machine

For a friend's DD who was born on DS due date.... (DS was 4 weeks early!). This was all flannel, with batting again, her Mom loves dinosaurs so I had to get some in there somehow!:

And a stocking I made for DS.... and finished Christmas Eve!
Now onto the next project.... oh and I just quilt quilt tops I made last year... but they are bigger and Im a little bit scared to mess up what I have done.... maybe another couple of small projects first to get used to my machine!!
