Favorite freezer meal/crockpot recipes?
I gotta start packing my own lunches, yo. I know this is probably done to death but it's slow.

Re: Favorite freezer meal/crockpot recipes?
I like making pulled pork in the crockpot. Take one pork shoulder/tenderloin/favorite cut, throw it in the crockpot with an onion, 1-2 tbsp of cumin, 1-2 tbsp black pepper, 2 tsp salt, 1-2 tbsp oregano, and enough chicken stock to fill 1/3 of the pot. Cook 7-9 hours on high, take out and shred with a fork, and serve with a few ladles of the sauce.
I serve it plain with polenta and steamed carrots, throw it back in the crockpot until warm with bbq sauce to serve on buns, or make it into tacos. It really does everything, and I can make one pot last a week.
I just made this, it was really good and filling

I made a bunch of these before Delilah was born. Easy, convenient, and yummy. I bought some of the glad ovenware from Amazon to store them in and then you can cook them directly in that. They work great and I've been re-using them since.

The Crockpot 365 blog that the cranberry roast comes from is very good. Everything I've made from there has turned out well.
