I'm hosting a small brunch for my MIL's birthday.
So far my menu includes:
Quiche (crusted and crustless)
Fruit Skewers
Bagels
Muffins
Homefries
Please share your menus and critique mine.

You've got your bases covered, but it's very breakfasty. I'd add either a spiral ham and some rolls, swiss, and mustard or a deli tray. I'd also add some sort of green salad or pasta salad. I'd also consider adding yogurt parfait or a yogurt bar with different toppings and granola.

Technically a brunch is half lunch, so you need some thing like chicken salad or a ham with rolls to serve as the main part of lunch. You also don't have a meat for the breakfast portion, so a ham with rolls would kill 2 birds with one stone. A veggie tray would be nice too.
