I am defying the S'08 statistics! Baby C is a GIRL!!!
The scan went well, though she was in a ball so the tech couldn't get all the measurements she needed so I have to back Monday afternoon (oh darn haha). She even got a picture of the head with a foot next to it. She's quite the contortionist. The tech said everything so far looks good!! But she is definitely a she.

CRAFTY ME
my read shelf:
Congrats on a baby girl!!
Does she have a name? And will it be shared?
Thanks everyone!
We're leaning towards bringing a list with us to the hospital. The middle name will probably be Elizabeth. I love that name and it's my mom's middle name. I had considered it for a first name, but SIL is Beth (just Beth) so I'm not sure if that's too close.
A few of the names we like so far are: Lily, Katherine, and Samantha. But we haven't talked about names since I got pregnant. I figured there was no point (since it is almost like pulling teeth to get DH to talk about names) when we would be finding out the sex.
Congrats!

YAY! I was right. Congrats!!
Girls are so much fun
Good luck on the name discussion! That is still our challenge for boy names...
Wow, we have very similar name tastes.
Hannah is on my list too but DH doesn't really like it.
I love Elizabeth. I plan on using it one way or another if I have a girl. It's also my mother's middle name. If we used it as a first name, I think the nickname I'd prefer is Lizzie. I also love Lily. I though of Lily Elizabeth for a long time, but it's kind of a mouthful!
