As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Kindle Fire and gmail
hello first world problem! for some reason when i am deleting gmail message on my kindle fire they are still in my account when i login to gmail. (i am deleting while online so that is not the problem)....any clue?
and this was a surprise Christmas gift from DH...i am very happy he (we?) opted for this over the ipad....yes the ipad is much much cooler but so much more expensive and so far this is working just fine. i get emails for free downloads from amazon and have a bunch of stuff to read already! yay metro ride entertainment.
Re: Kindle Fire and gmail
that sometimes happens on my android phone. How is your email synched? Go to email settings and check the "interval" setting for how often you want your Kindle to check for email. If it's set to every 8 hours for example, and you check your email after 20 mins, then that may be an issue.
(that's my thinking but I am no techie)
OMG thank you so much for this. DH is flipping his sh!t that his droid won't sync his gmail!
