Okay, so I am cheap and tend to buy inexpensive clothes.... except when it comes to outdoor gear. When it comes to anything outdoorsy I buy expensive quality items because when you are out in the elements you want to be set up as best you can.
All that to say - don't judge my expensive purchase too harshly
So I recently started snowboarding. I have no snow clothes. So I went to REI and got myself all set up with snow clothes. And I love them. Except....
I bought a black coat, and I really want the pink one instead. REI has a fantastic return policy... they are expensive but their customer service is top notch. They are like the Nordstroms of the outdoor world.
And the coat is expensive. Most expensive coat I have ever purchased.
And I have worn it once. Which won't matter, REI will take it back no matter what.
