PSA: If you purchased a home in 2011
Don't forget to file for your homestead exemption. Your driver's license must have your new address in order to qualify. You can do both things online.

I left a reminder message on your voice mail earlier today.. Don't forget!
The form says April, but the title comany says January 31... If you ask a tax person they say January. I say better safe than sorry! Tax appraisals come out in April.

I have the form and my license updated, but no idea where the receipt from my registration is after I peeled it off and stuck it on my car! Do I need both?
