so i googled a while ago about the best cribs. the one that came up was a babymod crib from walmart.
anyway, i asked my super smart and baby savvy friend and she told me that it is a really great crib!
i told her that there was one at target for $100 more so i'd probably get that one. but now i'm thinking maybe since she said it's a good one, i'll suck it up and order it from walmart..
legal- here is me, not even ttc, already thinking about ordering a crib. as if they'll be on a 15 mo waiting list! legal=smart. sarack=ridic.

we're having twins!
Re: s/o walmart & babies
haha.. but it's not a bad thing to do your homework before!
I looked at lots of baby stuff before I was KTFU as well.. including strollers!!

which are you getting? are you cloth diapering?
We bought the Uppababy Vista, I like that it has the possibility of adding a second seat for child #2 underneath if you want. Or you can use the bassinet with the stroller.
You get a seat and the bassinet with it. I'll need to buy the adapter if I want to use the Graco carseat with it as well.. but the adapter is only $30ish. The add on seat we won't buy now but it'll be another $90.
We bought the stroller on sale on Cyber Monday for $455ish. Regularly they cost around $700.. I think.
As for cloth diapering.. I mean to try. We'll see what I think/how it goes. Thankfully I have a friend who cloth diapered and doesn't plan to have more kids so I can use her stash to see what I think. I'm all about using as little chemicals as possible, so if we don't cloth diaper, pampers aren't exactly going to be the cheapest either.

having the baby sleep in your room has a lot of advantages... you're quicker to respond, so the baby has less stress, quicker to feed, and the baby can learn to regulate it's breath with yours.....
a year is a long time, but it's not completely unheard of.... maybe 6 months or so would be perfectly normal.
