Happy Friday!!! Yay!!! what's going on this weekend?
Today: work doesn't seem to be too bad.. in fact I feel like I'm going to be able to play catchup on a lot of busywork that's been lying around. Gonna grab Sam from daycare, run a few errands to Old Navy and buybuyBaby and then once Chris gets home from work he's on Samma duty so I can head over to our friends' house and help them clean and decorate and bake for their son's first bday party. My friend's aunt passed away a few days after Christmas, and sadly the party has been the last thing on their mind, so I'm happy to help!
Saturday: said 1st birthdat party!
Sunday: WW in the morning, and then a couple friends are coming over for an afternoon of Pinterest-themed baking, crafting, and drinking
Monday: Back to the usual off-on-Mondays schedule, and so far we don't have much planned. I am ok with this. A chill day with a Samma that's feeling OK works for me!
Re: Weekend Plans
Friday: Work, It feels like the day is never going to end, and it just started
. Jon's going skiing with friends this afternoon, so I'm all by myself tonight. Which I'm looking forward to, watching up on shows and laying on the couch!
Saturday: cleaning, I have like 5 loads of laundry I have to put away, that's the worst part.
Sunday: absolutely nothing and I'm loving it!
Today: work until 5, pick up pizzas on the way home, and our friends are coming over tonight to watch the Cotton Bowl and hang out.
Tomorrow: Take down the Christmas decor already. Just hang out with Guy and El.
Sunday: more of the same. Just chillin'.
Today: chiropractor appointment, car wash, chillin' with DH, probably de-Christmasing the living room
Saturday: working 4 hours of overtime, then going to the awards banquet with DH for his department
Sunday: house to myself, no plans yet
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Today - Work until 5ish, home to clean
Tomorrow - I'm watching my friends son from 9-3, then we are going to the ILs house for dinner and drinks to celebrate SIL turning 21.
Sunday - Sleeping in, taking down the Christmas decorations and saying goodbye to the tree finally.
Tonight: Groceries and Chipotle. Trying to stay up past 9pm.
Tomorrow and Sunday: Sleeping in and resting. Taking down holiday decor if I feel up to it.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Today: errands, making some calls starting to plan Scott's 30th. Flatbread pizzas for dinner tonight, probably relaxing and watching a movie.
Saturday: finally taking down Christmas decor (although I don't feel nearly as bad now, because it sounds like most of you haven't either!), cleaning the house. Having some friends over for a big dinner - an elk roast, mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, homemade rolls, and creamsicle cookies for dessert.
Sunday: laundry, catching up on blogging, probably some relaxing.
Today: Just tossed out all the crap in the fridge and now I am heading to the grocery store. After that probably cleaning up the house
Saturday: Working, maybe seeing the baby and catching up on my reading
Sunday: Not sure yet. Jon is off of work so most likely we will make dinner and just hang out around the house.
Today- just make it through the day... tons of issues at work, then heading to meet my BIL's family for drinks (its his step daughters 21st and she is coming to Cincinnati to celebrate). I am hoping its not terrible or we are leaving and going to dinner.
tomorrow- WHO DEY- Bengals are playing so we are going to enjoy the game. Hopefully some good junk food to help
Sunday- nada- hopefully cleaning up my filthy house of pine needles from my Christmas tree.
Friday: I made chili today. It was awesome. I finally found a happy medium between my dad's chili (my favorite) and MIL's chili (Danny's favorite). He actually likes it and I don't have to make 2 separate pots anymore!!!
Saturday: de-Christmas-izing the house. TBH I'm glad to be getting it taken care of. The way our living room is set up, we can't open the heater vent when it's decorated because we have to put the recliner in front of it. I can't wait for my living room to be warm again.
Sunday: ch-ch-chllin'. I plan on doing abso-friggen-lutely nothing. And I'll be happy about it.
