1st Time Home Buyer
Hi all... I just need some advice. The H and I are going to start looking at which areas we are thinking of buying a home.
Once we have that down... what's next???? I am completely clueless since this iss the first time either of us are going through this.
How should I educate myself?
Any advice would be great!

The very first thing you should do is meet with a mortgage broker and determine your budget and figure out how much money you will need to close.
Then start driving neighborhoods and get a feel for what interests you.
