As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

NSOR I'm in trouble at work
So I had to cover switchboard yesterday for an hour before I left, and apparently I let through a bomb threat. Fabulous.
The whole office is buzzing and talking about me behind my back. I love today.

Exactly! I didn't know! I just transfer calls. So totally not my fault but it's ridiculous that I'm the butt of all the jokes today.
Nope, we have a switchboard. We transfer calls all day long because we're Federal and we have a ton of people working in our building.
Absolutely. It's like a high school environment. Cliquey and gossipy. I'm over it. I already talked to my boss about it and she even said "How would you have known?" and now all these emails are going around about what to do in a bomb situation.
I guess the bomb squad and the dogs came out yesterday.
Better a threat than an actual attack. I'm glad your boss seemed to be on your side. Unless you have special training to recognize and deal with these situations, it's ridiculous for others to talk bad about you for this. Don't worry, I'm sure someone else will do something for them to harp on on Monday

Unfortunately they are talking about me because I was asked by about 10 different people if I was the one who let the bomb scare go through. Lame. Oh well. At least it's exciting today. Ha.
