I love his designs but I agree about his personal fashion sense haha. I went to high school with a kid that looked exactly like him and dressed very similar.

Dang it, I knew someone would post when I was writing my post.
Mondo is crazy eccentric and I love him for it. I love when he wears shorts and knee socks. But man, I was thinking "boy, put some clothes on." That purple tank top was pretty skimpy.
Overall I think I'm just getting bored with PR in general. I don't care for the judges or the host, and I really miss Tim. It's the same old, same old kind of behavior and language. "Aesthetic" "edgy" "stay true to yourself/myself" blah blah blah all those phrases and words that are used over and over again. I cringe every time I hear one. Someone needs a thesaurus.
It's really annoying how instead of everyone starting out shy and testing the waters, everyone's just instantly attitudy since they've all gone through the motions before.
What was with that chick who said in the beginning that she didn't win last time because she didn't *really* want the prize? But this time she actually wants to win so she will. Riiiiiight. I can't remember who it was...I think one of the people I didn't recognize.
Okay the host is terrible. She talks way to slooooooow and drags everything out.

Does anyone know if Heidi, Tim, Nina, and Michael Kors will be back for the next season? Or did these new judges replace them for good?
I love Mondo. I hope he wins. For some reason I thought he won his original season and was surprised when he said he didn't.

The host is awful. She sounds so boring and like she's trying to be Heidi too hard. She even dressed like her - mini dress.
It was a great panel of judges.
I loved seeing the old contestants!

I read somewhere the taping of this overlapped with the taping of the last season. They originally planned to have the Heidi/Tim/Nina/Michael but they "balked" at the workload of filming two shows at once, so they got some fill ins. I believe Heidi and co. will be back for the next regular season.
Though I am THRILLED at new judges. I think Nina and Michael should have been cycled out 5 or 6 seasons ago. The new host definitely isn't as engaging as Heidi, and there is NO replacement for Tim Gunn. But I'm glad to have some fresh eyes and opinions doing the judging.
I have to wonder if this whole thing was dreamed up as an apology to Mondo. They must have planned and cast this immediately following his season after the epic mistake of picking Gretchen (has anyone heard anything out of her??)
I forgot who won that season I just remember Mondo got screwed.
I agree with you about the judges. I really only like Tim and Heidi.
I read somewhere that they decided to make Project Runway All Stars its own show, with new judges, etc. Since Heidi/Michael/Nina has judged all the contestants before and clearly have favorites, it would be unfair. So the judges (and Tim) will be back for regular PR.

I loved Rami's design, and Mondo's. Also, I hate Isaac. Always have. He grates on me for some reason. I'm not ready to give up on this season yet, but it is weird so far with the changes.
THIS! I sent my friend a message that said "Tim! Where's Tim?! I can't make it work without him."
I love most of the designers though. So I am still in.

It was OK. I felt like they completely glossed over the making of the clothes though...one minute Michael's freaking out about his dress being similar to the other chick's, the next minute it's the runway show.
I found myself missing Santino and Chris March more than any of the original judges. And why the hell was Sweet P or Elisa picked over, say, Uli?

I secretly like Kenley. Don't hate me.
I like that the judges are different because it is offering an unbiased view of the designers. I do not like Joanna Coles as the mentor though. I didn't find her to be very mentoring but more judgy. That could also be because they rushed through the designing on this episode.
