Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I suck at tech stuff. I just bought an episode of a tv show. It downloaded. But where do I find it so I can watch it. I've tried going to purchased and it shows there, but it only let's me watch the 30 second preview when I tap it. Help please!

Are you on your i-pad? Some of the earlier i-pads have to have their OS software updated before you can watch TV episodes - it's dumb, but my DH had to do that.
Are you united with the CCOKCs?
