For a two bedroom condo, this service offers a "starter package" for $250. Is this overpriced or on target? Our place is about 900 sq. ft.
I need to email the individual to see what exactly was included, but wanted to see first what average costs for this typically are.

Re: Staging Costs for Condo
From the website, this includes:
Edit space of clutter and use seller?s furnishings, accessories, artwork and lighting with a complete rearrangement of home d?cor to achieve maximum impact.
This was what I was thinking. I don't really think I would pay someone for this.
It doesn't sound like a lot of money, but I'd rather pay for a sewer inspection than a stager. Ask for pictures from the past - some stagers are way better than others.
Are you united with the CCOKCs?
Our realtor brought a stager in for one hour. She ran through the house and gave us a list of what to do. What to get rid of, what to move around, etc.
There actually wasn't too much true "decoration" involved, but we could have hired her at $75 an hour to do that for us.
Most of it is really about de-cluttering. Personal pictures, belongings, etc. If you have furniture in an odd spot (we had 3 small bookshelves lining our hallway in the basement), remove it.
Heck- if you want, take pictures of the rooms in your house and post them here and we could even try and give you some ideas!!
