We have a black tie optional wedding coming up and I am having a hard time. I rarely dress up so here are the dresses I think I have narrowed it down to.

Re: Anyone want to help dress me?
No more baby siggie pics. Boo.
I agree - the first is my favorite and would be flattering on most everyone and easy to dance in. The second might be hard to dance in and would need altering based on your shoes.
The 3rd looks less dressy than the others.
Are you united with the CCOKCs?
THIS!
I like #2 the best. And I think it's the most formal, meaning that based on your post, you probably wouldn't ever wear it again. I think the other two have the ability to be worn to multiple events.
If you haven't tried them on, I'd go with #2, unless you're built like a model and everything looks good on you. #1 is tight and might bunch in the wrong places, #3 is horizontal stripes, and that can lead to disaster. #2 is pretty much universally good.
In order of preference: 2 - 1- 3
#2 would look stunning on you, provided it's long enough to wear with your choice of shoes. Some of the reviewers mentioned it being too short.
#1 I like in both colors, but that sapphire really pops, and ITA that it would look even better with your coloring. It's not as dressy looking as #1, but could be dressed up easily with accessories.
#3 isn't bad, but definitely looks less formal to me.
