RHOC-- Wow

So on my lunch hour today I flipped on the TV and there was a RHOC reunion season 2.

It was amazing how nice everyone was to each other and the set was so plain. Just each of them in dirctors chairs and the logo behind them.

The all let each other talk and there was no fighting.

I am not sure if I liked it better or not.  It sure was nice to not see 5 ladies getting along and letting each other talk.

Re: RHOC-- Wow

  • Agreed. I caught a couple of way re-run episodes today, and it was like a completely different cast! Just shocking how much it's changed, and really sad when you know that their involvement in the show is the main basis for the difference. I know that if I were ever invited to be on a Real Housewives show (which I haven't been yet...) and was seriously considering it,  I would defintely watch an episode from a first season and one from a current to see how much different everyone is. This would, of course, solidify my absolute refusal.
  • The show has definitely changed A LOT. I used to love it before Tamra and the rest of the drama queens came on the show. I loved it when Vicki was bff's with Jeana, and Tammy, Lauri, and Jo were on the show. It was more about their oppulent lifestyle and living in a desirable area (weather and money wise) than about drama. The drama that they had was with their families not each other.

I'm wondering if Bravo has been instigating drama amongst the cast and casting them like "Real World" does with personalities that they know will clash.

I agree. I really enjoyed the first three seasons but after that it changed so much. sometimes I miss the old show although it wouldn't have lasted this long without all the drama and fighting.
