eco-POLITAN is closing :(
I went in today to use my Living Social voucher and they are really closing. Everything in the store is 50% off (unless you use the LS cert). There aren't many diapers left but inserts were $1 and there are lots of accessories left and baby carriers.
Sad, it was a great store, I'm sure their location has a lot to do with why they're closing. I didn't get a date but they won't be there long, the store is pretty sparse looking.

I decided not to CD but I still have the Living Social deal to use there. Is there anything left to buy that isn't CD related?
And what do you mean that the LS deal doesn't apply to the 50% off? You still have to pay full price if you want to apply your LS value (which I believe was $40 worth of merchandise, right?). Do you know if you can use the LS deal on non-CD items?

When I was there the other day, the gal at the register told me she had no idea why they were selling off inventory. But, sheesh, you had to wonder.
On Wednesday, they still had some K'Tans, Ergos, and several types of ring slings. There were still LOTS of Plan Toys and such. Also feeding accessories, games, and bags. But, the diaper stuff was pretty well picked over. I was looking for some newborn things and couldn't find anything that interested me.
An update if anyone is interested......I went in today and was told they are closing and that they won't take my Living Social deal. I have to go back to LS and request my money back. Which honestly is annoying as they still have some inventory and the LS deal is supposed to be good through June. I was saving it until I had the baby but had I known, I would have gone in sooner to use it instead of now having to contact LS for a refund.

That is SUCH a shame! They must be hurting really bad to not be able to honor their deal! : (
