My Blog
Peak: applying for my first teaching job! and then about 3hrs later I got an email for from them telling me that I missed a teeny check box at the bottom of one of the app pages....which sucks and I feel bad....but I am taking it as a sign that they are thoroughly inspecting my application packet b/c they are interested. It could be construed that way right?
Pit: I called the manager of a non-teaching related job that I am hoping to get to see if I had the job....and he was off today.
Peak: When I picked up my hold at the library, I actually had two books. Yay!
Pit: I have to wake up for work tomorrow. Boo. I don't normally work Saturdays.
my currently-reading shelf:
Peak - I have an interview on Thursday with my brothers company!
Pit - I have to get an emissions test tomorrow. I *hate* WA for the fact that you have to go to WA state places, I've lived in over 7 states and this is the first to make it difficult.
Peak: finishing all my work before today's deadline!
Pit: Realizing it means we still have a s***ton of work to do before Thursday.
1st year anniversary in Victoria with a killer whale topiary!
Peak - Dinner was awesome. It's a weird recipe, but it's so satisfying.
Pit - Realizing this is the last weekend before I go back to work. WAH!
BFP 1/22/12 | Ectopic pregnancy found 2/14/12 | Methotrexate to complete m/c 2/15/12
Peak - seeing some old friends, going out for a night and being very close to my calorie goal. We shared a taco and a hot dog that were amazing!
Pit - blah, too many pits. I am becoming a negative nelly! Let's just look at the good, so I love that my husband fixed the garage door opener I broke 2 days in a row!!!
