Our anniversary was in December, but I was in Ohio and DH was still here on the date, so we haven't actually celebrated yet. We're going out to dinner tomorrow, but we haven't decided where we want to go. Any suggestions?
We don't mind going into Seattle or Bellevue. While we'd like something "nicer," we don't want anything super fancy. I don't want to have to really dress up, and we don't want anything too pricey.

If we could keep the bill to $100, I'd be happy.

Our anniversary/birthdays/christmas eve go-to is Ristorante Paradiso in downtown Kirkland. It's some of the best Italian food we've ever had, and it's certainly possible to get out under $100.
Enjoy your belated anniversary!

Um... well, DH took me to ChezShea at the Market. It's fabulous food, non-pretentious, the wait staff is fabulous, you can dress up if you want, but it's not required, and it's ?ber-romantic. It's not too expensive, but we spent about $175 for the both of us, and we both had alcohol.
It's actually my favorite restaurant now. But it's definitely a "special occasion" kind of place.
ETA: I have to add that we both had about 3 cocktails each, a few appetizers, and a bottle of champagne. You can totally get out of there under $100 if you don't drink too much. LOL It was definitely a splurge for us, but SO worth it!

I think that's do-able for Mistral Kitchen.
Do you guys have a type of food that you like?

+1 on Mistral Kitchen
Also, RN74 on 4th and Pike is pretty good. I just got back from there for drinks and desserts with some friends but we had dinner there during PAX a few months ago. Good food and really good drinks.
