New Fluffeh Kitteh - PIPs
Well, adopting a kitten takes a long time when the shelter receives 11 applications the same day we turn ours in!
In the end, we ended up going to a different shelter for a couple of reasons. We now have a 3 month old boy kitten! He is still at the DDFL to be neutered tomorrow and we get to take him home tomorrow evening! Him and his bro and sis arrived at DDFL this morning, so they hadn't been there long at all and the sis was adopted by the family that got there right before us.
We may have already decided on a name, but want him to live here for a few days before we make the final decision. Any suggestions?

black cat with a little bit of gray underneath the fuzzy fur.

We already have the guest bedroom cleaned up and door is closed so current animals are not allowed in. New kitty toys and scratching posts (a couple different ones) are in there with a litter box and food/water bowls. This kitteh will live the dream while transitioning (I hope). Still need to spray some Felliway in there, too.

He is adorable! He looks like a kitty we had growing up that was named Captain Black.
His name at the shelter was Captain Jack! We aren't sticking with that cos DH's deadbeat grandfather's name is Jack.
