how is the fitness stuff going?
it's half way through the week, how is everyone doing? making good food decisions? working out? following the plan you set for yourself?

we're having twins!
Re: how is the fitness stuff going?
i'm super nervous for tuesday but i'm gonna work hard until it gets here. i usually officially weigh in on mondays for mfp.. that why my weekend needs to count, every weekend. but hopefully that means another day of loss for me.
so far i've been doing well, working out daily, doing the 30 day shred every morning and cardio at night. walking through the day. eating has been good, not great. but i've still been tracking everything.
hope everyone is doing well! weekends are usually my killers!
I'm actually really proud of how I've been doing.
I've lost about 4 pounds. Every day I've eaten primal/paleo and kept my carbs under 75 grams. I've either walked/bussed to work to work or done yoga, too. Yay!

I'm not focusing much on food yet, other than making sure to eat breakfast every day. (eat like a queen, eat like a princess, eat like a beggar yaddayadda)
But I have done pretty well exercise wise. I went to the gym earlier this week and now I started the Beachbody Insanity workout series and am on day 3. Hopefully, it helps.
good job ladies!
i haven't weighed myself! i'm hoping it works out.
I've done okay. I have a little stair stepper at home that I use. I did it a little bit this week - not a ton because of my stupid period which seemed extra excruciating this month. Today, though, with my period over and the weekend, James took us to Cougar Mountain and we hiked for four hours. I was not happy. I felt like he kind of tricked us because he knew all about the place, but we had no clue. We had done the coal creek trail, but never the cougar mountain side. Anyway, I nearly cried at one point because I am so out of shape and we were out there forever. Oh, and did I mentioned that I had only had 2 WW Points Plus before and during the hike. I had zero fuel. I am tempted to call that my exercise for the week. I weigh in for WW on Fridays and it was disappointing, so I really hope this Friday is better.
Good job all you ladies that are really sticking with it. Here's to a healthy 2012!
TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
I'm frustrated. I've been really sick all week and AF showed up yesterday, so I've only worked out once this week and I'm really missing it. My one little sign of progress was not resorting to a total carb fest as soon as the cramps hit, but I'm certainly not expecting a great number on the scale Tuesday. Oh well.
Congrats to everyone on all of the successes this week!
