? for hospital HR people (or similar)
New RN grad nurse here. All our hospitals have a new grad application - so the same for everyone, but we title it ourselves.
How do I get my resume to stand out from the other thousand new RN grads? I have my two year RN, but do have a B.A in psych, so I'm thinking to do something like "Bachelors educated RN, new grad." I'd like to grab them saying I have a BA, but would HR be annoyed when they notice it's a psych BA and not a BSN?

I agree, just wanted to check. I have been volunteering (in addition to doing clinicals) at a local hospital since May, but they recently hired a bunch of new RNs on the floor I'm on and the manager told me they don't have anything right now. I've toyed with the idea of just walking up to HR (in my volunteer top, so they don't think I'm too crazy) and handing them my resume, but I'm unsure...
