Expired coupons at commissary?
I keep reading about how people can send their expired coupons to military families so they can use them. Where exactly are we supposed to use them? My commissary checks dates on coupons and I can't use any that are expired one day. Am I missing something?

Correct, expired coupons can only be used at OCONUS locations for up to 6 months.
