I'm super excited that I have almost 2 weeks!!
And, I planned this mostly on teh fly at the grocery store!!
Sunday - slow bolognase sauce and salad. It was so good!!
Monday - grilled chicken and brocolli cheddar soup
Tuesday - Ravioli w/ pesto and salad
Wednesday - out/CFA night
Thursday - chicken enchiladas
Friday, Sat. and Sun we are out/at someone's house
Monday - meatloaf and scalloped potatoes!
Tuesday - chicken cacciatore in crockpot
Wed. - easy beans and rice dinner
Thursday - baked mac & cheese and chicken?
We had a bunch of leftovers last week so didn't fix everything I planned.
Tonight: Leftover kielbasa and potatoes
Tuesday: Probably more leftovers
Wednesday: Chicken cacciatore

Sunday- I thawed the extra pulled pork we had leftover from christmas. I also have this for lunch today. Pulled pork is officially retired, dogs are getting some with their dinner tonight then its going in the trash. i do not want to see or smell pork bbq for a while.
Monday- i don't know yet, did not take anything out, kira has girl scouts, i guess i need to figure it out quick. not sure what main dish will be but will have broccoli.
Tuesday- pot roast in crock pot
Wed- chicken
Thurs- fish
Fri- meatloaf?
Sunday: Chicken Madeira for DH, Broccoli & Cheese soup and stuffed squash for me.
Monday: HH with DH
Tuesday: Potluck at work
Wed: Cioppono for DH, Pasta with tomato basil sauce for me
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Mushroom Pear Risotto with a side of chicken for DH
Saturday: Leftovers
DH is OOT this week for work. I'm also struggling to put together healthier meals now that DD can eat some solids. I am also planning to cook the night before and then heat up dinner, instead of cooking from scratch every night.
Sunday: Coucous with sundried tomatoes, feta and onions.
Monday - polenta with cheese and broccoli ( Originally, it was going to have carmelized onions and mushrooms. Then, I realized that my mushroom slicer was shaving tiny bits of plastic into my food
along with the mushrooms, so I threw the mushrooms and onions in the garbage.)
Tuesday - tofu wraps with mushrooms and spring greens or curried peas and rice
Wednesday - Soup with spinach, pasta, & carrots, baked bread and salad
Thursday - (It's on my list at home, I swear.)
Friday - pizza
Sunday-Cajan Pork chops w/ corn and peas.
Monday- Sloppy Joe's and broccoli.
Tuesday- I picked up this easy Bertolli dinners of shrimp, pasta, cherry tomatos.
Wednesday- Pizza and a side of salad for DH and I. Fruit for DD.
Thursday- Children Enchilda's and rice.
Friday- We will probably go out to dinner.
Saturday- I'm having dinner with a friend in Easton.
Wow. Don't tell Annabelle
Monday: crab cakes and a veg
Tuesday: spinach pie
Weds: chicken breasts with something on them - tbd, and a veg, maybe some garlic bread
Thurs and fri: I haven't gotten that far yet!
Monday: Boneless pork ribs in tomato sauce, roasted brussels sprouts with bacon and walnuts
Tuesday: Clam chowder, salad
Wednesday: Buffalo chicken meatballs, mashed cauliflower, another veggie
Thursday: Happy hour
Friday: Steak or fish, roasted mushrooms, Caeser salad

Tuesday--Stuffed Shells and garlic breadsticks
Wednesday--Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Thursday--if there aren't left overs from last night than probably Pork Chops, Mashed Potatos and Corn
Friday--pizza
Saturday and Sunday are always up in the air. I know my parents are coming over Sunday for the game so we will probaby have buffalo chicken dip, crab, dip, and little appetizers.
Monday - breakfast for dinner (eggs/toast/potatoes/turkey bacon)
Tuesday - garden burgers w/ grilled eggplant and zucchini
Wednesday - salsa chicken tacos w/black beans, corn, cheese and sour cream

Friday - HH with best friend at Cheesecake Factory
Sunday - leftovers from lunch at Don Pablo's and leftover goulash from earlier in the week
Monday - Creamy Chicken Taquitos, Sour Cream Yellow Rice, Sweet Corn Cake (bumped from last week)
Tuesday - Open-Faced Hot Turkey Sandwiches, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Steamed Broccoli
Wednesday - Parmesan Crusted Tilapia, Wild Rice, Sauteed Spinach
Thursday - Creamy Taco Mac, Corn
Friday - Tortellini Primavera, Garlic Bread
Saturday - Leftovers
Monday- Chicken fajitas, rice
Tuesday- Grilled pork chops, broccoli, and noodles
Wednesday- Mini meatloafs, mashed potatoes, green beans
Thursday- Shrimp scampi, french bread, salad
Friday- Chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes and broccoli (this was a special request from DH- so I told him no complaining about having mashed potatoes and broccoli twice this week)
Okay I think I've wrote that before. Chicken! And we haven't even had it this week.
