Any great ideas for work "holiday" dinner locations?
DH's work does their "holiday" dinner late January/early February. In years past, we've gone to Clyde's in Georgetown and a la Lucia in Alexandria. We usually have it on a Saturday night, so people drive in from Dulles area and also from Fredericksburg, most everyone is either in NoVa or the district.
I have the feeling DH is going to be "volun-told" to plan this year's gathering - does anyone have suggestions? I think we're looking at Arlington/Alexandria, fairly easy parking or Metro-accessible, not too exotic, prices $$-$$$, possibly with a group dining room for 12-15 people.
Any help is appreciated!

Carlyle Grand Cafe in Shirlington
Right off of 395. Plenty of free parking, yummy American upscale food.
They do holiday work parties all the time. I worked there when I first moved to Arlington

DH's office did the same thing last year after having to cancel a December attempt. And this year's party was canned as well and has yet to be rescheduled. Should they just call it "Winter Dinner" or "Groundhog Day Meal"...or maybe stretch it out to mark President's Day?
