18+6 holidays. In 12 months, I get another 6 days for a total of 30 days a year.
We can roll over 5 days into the next year.
I get 2 weeks vacation (10 days), 6 paid holidays, and 2 floating holidays (generally assumed for the day after TG & Christmas Eve). No sick time. I can also take unpaid time off within reason.
H on the other hand gets 4 weeks vacation (20 days), 12 holidays, 4 personal days, 4 sick days, plus 1 day per month as 'employee appreciation'. He sucks.

Shoot; this may skew things; but I updated poll to say how many paid days. Thanks for pointing out!

I get 27 (25 vacation + 2 personal days), but I can only carry over 10 days per year.
And I get vacation days refunded if I fall sick for more than a week.
I am a teacher at a private school in London so I get about 16-17 weeks, but I don't have a choice of when I take them so that sucks and travel is way more expensive.
My husband gets 35 days vacation.

I currently receive 15 days of vacation and 8 paid holidays. I accrue the vacation on a per pay period basis, but am only allowed to roll-over 5 days at the end of the year (must be used by June 30), which is really frustrating! I am also able to take a little time off unpaid, but it is frowned upon in my current position. Previously, I was with the same company but in a larger department and was allowed to take a ton of time off unpaid (up to 4 weeks). I can't do that anymore though.
I am a teacher so I get 1 week for spring break, 1 week for Thanksgiving. 2 weeks for Christmas and some national holidays sprinkled in plus summers off.
I also am given 5 days to use as I please during the school year for dr. appts. and sick days.
Yep-I am one of those annoying teachers that get all that time off!

In 2012 I earn 12 days (4 weeks) and have 2 personal choice holidays. But I also bought 5 days so a total of 19 days.
Totally being nosy. Do you live in the U.S.? How old is your DH?
It sounds like you either live in another country, are married to someone much older, or are independently wealthy. Possibly a combination of all three.
Your comment just intrigued me.
I am a special snowflake.
I get 3 weeks vacation plus 1 week for CME (so I use this to go to conferences in places I haven't been:)
I get 5 days sick/personal and 5 holidays
It sometimes feels like it isn't enough time off
