any realtors available for answering questions?
We are in the process of buying a house. It is a forclosed home and we are doing the homepath renovation loan. Our contractor has taken longer than expected to get us the itimized bid we need to move foward with our paperwork. Originally the lending company told us it takes 30 days to process this type of loan give or take. Which I am not sure how much give/take that is. We are scheduled to close January 31st. We are turning in the last of our paperwork this afternoon praying the contractor told me the truch and will really have it to me today.
My question is Do you think we will still make our closing date?
Anyone have any experience in dealing with this type of loan?

I don't have any advice but wanted to wish you luck. We bought a foreclosure too and it was super stressful. FX you'll get to close on schedule!
