I'm going to try to have these each week since so many of us are trying to get back on the weight loss train again.
My first week back on after two weeks off and I lost 3 pounds (although I think it has a little to do with my new scale and that I was wearing my PJs and not the warmer/heavier clothes I wear when I walk the dog, so I'm guessing I probably lost more like 1.5 pounds or so). I pigged out this weekend because I was good all week.
My second run last week was crap. I normally do it Fridays after work, but I had too much to do so I did it Saturday morning before I ate or drank anything and that was a horribly dumb idea. I had to stop and walk for quite a bit because I was feeling nauseous. I'm hoping I can get back to my regular run/walk interval this week. My plan is to get to where I can run the full 2 1/2 miles without stopping to walk (I was close before) and then add a bit more distance.
Re: WeWa check in
I haven't really attempted to stick to my point limit since Christmas, and I've gained back 2 lbs. I am back on the wagon starting yesterday. I anticipate struggling with it because I'm now hungry all the time.

Ha!
I have made several WeWa recipes in the last few weeks. We made their cheesecake with Oreo crust and mini chocolate chips. It was good, but the recipe included almond essence, and it turned out tasting really almond-y. Also, it was like 7 points for one piece, which is still a lot. I also made penne with vodka sauce from WeWa, and it was meh. I did like the ziti with turkey/chicken sausage and chicken saagwala recipes, though. This week we are doing their beef and broccoli stir fry and some kind of pasta with feta. Jennie-O turkey burgers have also become a good go-to weeknight meal
I just wanted to share this healthy recipe. It's delicious and filling and healthy. It made 8 servings and I froze a few. It defrosted and re-heated well.

I made skinny taste stuffed cabbage and WOW was it good.
But I keep gaining and losing the same 2 lbs. The scale mocks me.
