Some technical things have put us off a day but in the scheme of things I guess that's not so bad, it's only been 1 week since demo. Today they are going to finish installing the cabinets, put in the range and hook up my old sink and I get some of the old countertops back in just to have a working kitchen for the most part. Yay mauve for another few days, and just when I thought I was DONE with those puppies.

Re: Kitchen is a day behind
We just wrapped a mini kitchen remodel that was slated for two weeks and went four, and I was cursing the day I decided I wanted to do that project (which involved having things torn up over Christmas. yeah.)
But now that it's done, I could literally sing everytime I open my refridgerator! So worth it - you'll be glad when it's complete and you get to enjoy it!
Hope the rest stays on track for you!
