IUI update
Apparently I'm pregnant. 
I took a test this morning.
I am still shaking. I keep thinking "What have I gotten myself into?"
I've been having little cramps. Not what is normal for my period but enough for me to think it didn't take. Apparently that's not abnormal.
ETA: Yes I'm babbling. I even deleted about a hundred babbly thoughts.
Until you are happy with who you are, you will never be happy with what you have.

I had cramps when I was first pregnant and actually thought I was getting my period. I was, in fact, pregnant.

I had to get it out. We will tell my parents next weekend probably. They've known about the fertility doctors and each appointment. They'd get suspicious if all of a sudden we don't have any appointments. I can't lie, it is comical when I try.
For everyone else, we'll tell them in a few months. So just keep it between us for now. Y'all can keep a secret, right?
