DH and I are planning on going to Niagara Falls without kids for our 10 year anniversary. Can someone recommend other places to visit in additional to Niagara Falls, we're looking at going a week. How many days do you recommend for Niagara Falls?

Re: Niagara Falls
Cancer sucks.
Ditto. I would only 2 days at the falls and either spend the rest in Toronto or Niagara on the Lake.
If you like theatre, the Shaw Festival in NOTL is fantastic. They also have good restaurants, wine tours, etc. Some great hotels but they can get pricey depending on when you visit.
There is TONS to see and do in Toronto - if you decide to go, let me know and I will list my recs.
Word of advice though, don't do "Niagara's Fury" which is packaged with the Butterfly Conservatory and the Tour Under the Falls. Those two attractions were worth the money but you could not pay me to do Niagara's Fury again. I can elaborate, but long story short don't do it.
Ditto the bolded part. I thought Niagara's Fury was a giant waste of money and no one in our group really enjoyed it at all.
I loved Journey Behind the Falls and got some amazing pictures of the falls there. The whirlpool Jet boat tour seemed pretty fun too but we didn't get a chance to go on that this time around. We were there from a Thursday night thru Sunday morning and it was enough time to see everything we wanted.
My hometown!
I never even thought to suggest Stratford, but if someone is a playgoer, its fantastic.
