Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

First therapy appointment today...
After being rescheduled twice, I finally got a spot to see a different therapist than the one I originally scheduled with today. I am (A) nervous and (B) interested to see what the result is.

I feel like it went well. I really liked her and found her easy to talk to, and I think that she had some interesting things to say. Obviously, it was just a background session, but I have my next two sessions scheduled as well and think it will be very beneficial.
I think I was completely honest with her, and I feel like I said what I wanted to say. And it was really the first step I have taken toward eventually ending my marriage, and it was a big one, so I am so glad I did it. I think this is going to be a long process, but it will be so worth it in the end when I come out the other side.
I'm glad to hear it went well for you!!!!!
My therapist was a life saver and I will always be grateful that she helped me find the strength to leave a bad situation.
