Hi ladies, i know, i know, i've been MIA, as usual.
Just wanted to check in. I have been reading posts, just have a hard time responding on my phone and no desire to log onto the computer after work still really, except today because i missed you all and wanted to write this note!
I started my new job last week. Handed in my old laptop and pager, and began my new life as a REAL person! I've slept (OMG), started and finished TWO books, and gotten home from work before the sun went down!
Everyone in my new department is so nice and i'm learning my new job still (will be for quite a while - i have a lot to learn!) but it is going well. They have a lot of expectations that I will be great in the position which is makes me feel awesome, because I think i will be great too! And that it will be fun once i'm not just reading materials all day trying to learn what it means to be in internal audit :P
Anywho, love you all and hope you are all having a good start to the new year and staying well and healthy.
